After-School and Summer Healthy Cooking Classes

Our fully hands-on classes for elementary and middle schoolers teach fundamental cooking skills, nutrition literacy, and confidence in preparing delicious meals packed with vegetables, fruits, whole grains and legumes. Our program empowers children to try new foods, gain confidence, and develop skills they carry into their homes and beyond.

Each class serves 12 students and is taught as part of a six-class series, allowing children to build skills and confidence over time. In every class, students work together to prepare and enjoy a full dinner consisting of three healthy recipes and a fruit smoothie. Parents consistently report positive outcomes, with 100% of surveyed caregivers saying they would enroll their child again.
